Duties
- Perform general repairs and on residential properties.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention.
- Handle plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, fencing, roof repairs, and more tasks as needed.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document completed work and report any additional needs or concerns.
