Compensation and benefits :

Responsibilities :
Recruit for Security Guards, Special Police Officers, and Security Supervisors.
Interview candidates daily.
Ensure 30 or more interviews are conducted weekly.
Utilize applicant tracking system to review and disposition candidates.
Meet all required recruitment goals for the week, month and quarter.
Act as a strategic partner with the operations team to close open requisitions and reduce overtime.
Meet with Operations team weekly to discuss open requisitions and progress of candidates in the process.
Generate weekly reports via our applicant tracking system to distribute to operations and HR management team.
Utilize Text Recruit and other iCIMS tools to ensure continued communication with candidates throughout the process.
Partner with external organizations to widen pool of qualified candidates for various positions.
Post position openings on external websites.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma
Minimum three (3) years of experience recruiting in a high volume environment .
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred).
Must be very organized with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Work Environment
90% of work is performed in front of a computer in a temperature- controlled environment.
Job duties are performed in the office with core business hours from 9am to 5pm.
This position is 100% onsite Monday - Friday in the Bethesda, MD office
Hourly rate $28-30 / hr
