Verify invoices, match them with purchase orders, and ensure payment approvals.
Assist with check processing, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
Maintain accurate financial records for audits and compliance.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
Assist in preparing reports and financial documentation.
Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Accounts Payable Associate) are a plus.
Minimum 3 years in accounts payable or related field.
Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
