- Analyze and resolve claims while identifying creative solutions for optimal financial outcomes.
- Report trends and claim developments to senior management and underwriters.
- Act as a resource for claims adjusters, providing expertise on subrogation matters.
- Manage claim diaries and ensure timely completion of tasks for efficient case resolution.
- Collaborate with legal and expert resources to drive case success.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports for file documentation.
