Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage scheduling for both staff and patient appointments to optimize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies, skincare products, and equipment, ensuring timely orders.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
- Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and support clinic staff, including aestheticians, nurses, and front-desk personnel.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff to maintain high performance and expertise.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, performance metrics, and clinic updates.
Patient Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience by maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.
- Address patient concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee patient follow-ups and retention strategies to ensure consistency and satisfaction with services provided.
Financial Management:
- Manage clinic budgets, financial reports, and revenue projections.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 years of experience in practice management, office management, or a leadership role in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical spa operations, including scheduling, compliance, and patient care.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
