We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Hygienic Market Manager to lead our North American sales efforts in the hygienic market. This role is responsible for overseeing the activities of our Outside Sales Management team and sales channel, driving sales growth, and strengthening relationships with key accounts and representative agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hygienic processing industries, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. This is fully remote position with company headquarters based in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Outside Sales Managers in setting sales and personal goals, creating action plans, and providing ongoing guidance
- Lead performance reviews of the sales channel and recommend necessary improvements to meet company and territory objectives
- Serve as a CRM power user and drive adoption among internal and external users
- Approve expense reports, time-off requests, and ensure compliance with corporate performance review policies
- Ensure all sales opportunities receive full attention from the sales team
- Provide backup support for sales calls, site visits, equipment commissioning, and lab testing when needed
- Assist with lead management, sales administration, and key decision-making
- Manage relationships with assigned sales reps and drive revenue growth through this channel
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have superior communication skills and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency and rapid response time
- Willingness to work with customers, both external and internal to Admix
- Ability to develop and build relationships
- Solid technical ability and knowledge of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic manufacturing process
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must have experience utilizing CRM as a sales tool
- Must be able to travel up to 50% for customer visits, sales meetings, and events
Credentials and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, sales management, or customer service
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- Previous sales or marketing experience in the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry
