Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced registered nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, prioritizing the needs of each patient.
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, using clinical expertise to develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Illinois.
- At least one year of experience in emergency department nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is highly desirable.
