Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining various types of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines.
- Preparing patients for exams, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety during procedures.
- Producing high-quality images that meet or exceed standards for diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information, exam results, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography.
- At least 1 year of experience as a radiologic technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
