Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Syracuse, New York. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy when performing imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during the imaging process.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on MRI equipment.
Requirements:
- Current certification as an MRI Technologist (CRT or ARRT)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
