Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and their families, utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on family dynamics, communication strategies, and emotional growth.
- Lead daily group therapy sessions and foster a supportive environment for teens and families.
- Facilitate the Parent Support Program, including parent check-ins, support calls, and coordination of parent-focused events.
- Conduct therapy sessions in Spanish to offer culturally responsive care and improve therapeutic engagement.
- Educate families on effective communication, coping skills, and emotional resilience strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective care for every client.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Licensed Professional: Active Florida licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) or Registered Intern status required.
- Bilingual Expertise: Strong Spanish language fluency for conducting therapy and documentation preferred.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with adolescents and families, including group facilitation.
- Family-Centered Approach: Expertise in systemic family therapy, adolescent development, and trauma-informed care.
- Engaging Presence: Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Position Details:
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Compensation: Based on availability, education, and experience (1099 contract)
