Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Supervisor at Adolescent Wellness Academy. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations and provide clinical supervision for programs aimed at supporting teens and their families.
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the clinical and operations teams according to guidelines of clinical director.
- Program Coordination: Manage overall program and team scheduling. Coordinate for consults, intakes, utilization/peer reviews.
- Clinical Services: Lead clinical meeting and key clinical decisions following the guidelines of the clinical director. Hold a small caseload of clients and facilitate group sessions.
- Crisis Management and Family Liaison: Handle crisis situations, AMA blocking, and act as the primary contact for families addressing concerns about their child or the program.
- Documentation Compliance: Audit clinical documentation to ensure compliance with AWA standards.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D or equivalent) in the state of Florida
- Clinical supervision and/or extensive supervisory skills
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and families in a mental health setting.
- Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Salary : $75,000 - $78,000
