Join the Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) , an outpatient therapy program for teens between the ages of 13 and 17, as a Part-Time Tutor / Teacher . This 1099 contractor role focuses on providing academic support in high school-level English and Math to an incredible group of motivated and inspiring students.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized tutoring in high school-level English and Math.
- Assist students in completing coursework and staying on track with assignments.
- Collaborate with schools, virtual learning programs, and parents to monitor progress and address academic needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies to match diverse learning styles and academic levels.
- Partner with AWA's clinical team to align academic support with therapeutic goals.
- Create a supportive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment for students.
