This individual is deeply passionate about hospitality and committed to creating exceptional experiences for all guests and team members. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the GM and operations team to ensure smooth, efficient hotel operations and a remarkable experience for both guests and staff.
Requested Tasks
- Assist GM with daily operations and departmental coordination
- Serve as liaison between GM and hotel departments
- Address guest concerns and support service excellence initiatives
- Support event logistics and coordination for hotel functions.
