This business professional is all about developing relationships. A successful catering sales manager finds conventional and creative ways of marketing to drive business and develop positive relationships that keep clients coming back. Organized and detail-oriented, this individual knows that the smallest touches often make the biggest impact.
Requested Tasks
- Generate sales leads by actively pursuing new business opportunities to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Work closely with clients to create tailored menus that are profitable for the hotel
- Oversee the successful executive of catering events
- Manage and forecast catering sales budgets and forecasts
