Duties
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet the needs of different departments.
- Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with universities and attract fresh talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process using our applicant tracking system.
- Support employee relations efforts by addressing candidate inquiries and providing a positive candidate experience.
- Stay informed about employment labor laws and best practices in human resources to ensure compliance throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- Strong interest in talent management, internal recruiting, and employee relations.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify potential candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with sales techniques or lead generation is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage candidates professionally.
