THE JOB
WE ARE SEEKING A HIGHLY SKILLED AND MOTIVATED PROJECT MANAGER FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF ADONI PROPERTY GROUP’S LATEST LUXURY DEVELOPMENT IN MARLBORO, NJ “THE FRANKLIN AT MARLBORO”
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON SCHEDULING, TIMELINE MANAGEMENT, AND SUPERVISING SUBCONTRACTORS
AS THE PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET, AND TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS
YOU MUST BE ENERGETIC, HARD WORKING, ORGANIZED, DETAIL ORIENTED AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO PUSH SUBCONTRACTORS TO GET THE JOB DONE ON TIME AND HOLD SUBCONTRACTORS ACCOUNTABLE

21 BUILDING CAMPUS INCLUDING CLUBHOUSE
PHASE 1 OF THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED, WHICH CONSISTED OF 6 BUILDINGS/82 UNITS CLUBHOUSE AND ALL SITEWORK
PHASE 2 STARTS NEXT MONTH FOR THE NEXT 8 BUILDINGS/116 UNITS
LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all phases of the construction process are on track.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to establish project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project goals.
- Anticipate and resolve potential delays or issues that may impact project timelines.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Oversee all aspects of coordinating the construction process from pre-construction to project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to ownership.
Supervising Subcontractors:
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors’ work schedules and activities to ensure that all work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that subcontractors adhere to all safety regulations.
- Review subcontractor performance, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of productivity and quality on the job site.
- Communicate project goals and expectations to subcontractors and hold them accountable for meeting deadlines.
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify risks to project timelines, costs, or quality, and develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Address issues or challenges that arise on-site and develop effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Resolve any conflicts that arise between stakeholders, subcontractors, and the project team.
