Account Manager – Full-Time, In-Office

Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee and optimize our Digital Lead campaigns. This role requires a mix of client relationship management, campaign performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, account management, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate networks, advertisers, and other partners.

·      Track and optimize traffic sources to improve lead quality.

·      Analyze key performance metrics (call duration, conversion rates, traffic sources, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.

·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing actionable insights.

·      Utilize data visualization tools to generate and present reports on campaign performance.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to enhance lead routing, ad targeting, and overall campaign effectiveness.

·      Automate reporting processes to ensure real-time tracking and insights.

Preferred Skills & Experience

·      Experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or digital advertising.

·      Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Kibana, or other BI/data visualization platforms.

·      Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

·      Ability to interpret marketing KPIs and recommend data-backed improvements.

·      Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid traffic sources is a plus.

Education & Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

·      Equivalent work experience in account management, digital marketing, or Pay Per Call will also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Starting at $55,000 depending on experience.
