Essential Functions
Data Collection & Analytics
• Monitor timely data entry of information in client information system databases (including HMIS/CMIS)
• Ensure client monitoring log is up to date daily
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funders as required
• Monitor and analyze ongoing trends in program data
• Periodically compile and/or provide reports for agency as needed
• Communicate with program staff regarding any data issues in quality or outcome tracking
• Become familiar with and monitor outcomes of grants
• Work to ensure all data needed for grant requirements is collected
• Assist in developing data tracking methods as needed
• Ensure services provided to clients are entered accurately and timely on CMIS/HMIS
• Complete financial reconciliations for accurate and timely billing
• Learn and become proficient in the HMIS/CMIS system
• Stay up to date with any changes in HUD data requirements
• Train and support staff in any changes or updates to the HMIS/CMIS system
• All other duties as assigned
Community Relations
• Attend community meetings as requested
• Collaborate with and maintain team relationship with HMIS Lead Agency
• Maintain and establish relationships with various providers within the Community
Training and Development
• Attend staff meetings
• Attend required programmatic trainings
• Attend any other trainings and/or seminars as requested by Supervisor
• Train staff on software
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Management, Social Services, Human Services, Business Management or related
• One (1) or more years’ experience analyzing data, reporting, and data management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, and intermediate skill in Word, Outlook, SharePoint
• Proficiency in analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and other related software required
• Excellent interpersonal skills required, including the ability to work well with a diverse population
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to get along well with a diverse population is necessary
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to show initiative and willingness to accept change as required
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
• Must be reliable and able to be flexible with schedule
• Experience with HMIS and Client Track desired
• Familiarity with MS Access a plus
• Bilingual with fluency in English/Spanish and/or English/Creole, written and spoken desired

Salary : $45,000 - $47,000
