As a Field Supervisor, you’ll lead the frontline efforts to keep Arizona’s roadways pristine, making a tangible impact on the environment and community every day.
Your Role: Leading From the Frontline
This is more than a management role—it’s about combining leadership, operations, and environmental stewardship to achieve results. As a Field Supervisor, you will:
- Inspire Excellence: Lead, coach, and manage a crew of three, cultivating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
- Own the Field Operations: Coordinate and execute daily litter removal schedules across assigned highway segments, using GPS and digital tools to optimize performance.
- Ensure Safety First: Conduct pre-shift safety briefings, enforce compliance with ADOT and OSHA safety standards, and create a zero-incident work environment.
- Get Results: Monitor and report on daily progress using apps and tablets, manage timecards, and ensure work is completed on time and to AHMC’s high standards.
- Be Hands-On: Support your crew with on-the-ground operational tasks, from driving to field sites to overseeing litter removal and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
What You Bring to the Table
You’re a dynamic leader who thrives in field environments. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience - the industry isn't as important as the results you achieved. A proven ability to hire, train, and motivate teams.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort with smartphones, GPS tools, digital apps, and platforms like Microsoft Office or Google Maps.
- A Safety Mindset: Deep knowledge of safety protocols for highway and construction environments.
- Endurance and Agility: The physical ability to walk 3–5 miles daily, lift up to 50 lbs., and sit for long periods while driving.

Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Arizona highways and ADOT safety standards is a plus.
- Experience with tools like ADP or similar payroll systems is preferred.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, enabling clear communication with diverse teams and communities
