As an Operations Market Manager, you will be at the forefront of this mission. What You’ll Do
- Lead from the Front: Own your market’s operational success, from strategic planning to daily execution. Manage and inspire a team of Field Supervisors and crews to deliver unparalleled results in litter removal and signage programs.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, solve operational inefficiencies, and guide improvements that reduce costs and enhance effectiveness.
- Execute with Precision: Partner with subcontractors to ensure signage installation and maintenance are timely and meet exacting standards. Manage schedules, oversee logistics, and solve real-time challenges to maintain operational excellence.
- Foster Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to align on goals, solve challenges, and exceed client expectations.
- Innovate and Optimize: Constantly look for ways to improve processes, enhance safety, and future-proof our operations, while keeping environmental impact at the forefront.
