Description
We are looking for a highly skilled hands-on art director and graphic designer to lead the creative vision for Printique and a couple of other Adorama brands. They will own the creative and brand vision for the entire company this includes but is not limited to emails, social, website and emails. We are looking for someone who can combine strong UX design expertise, graphic design and strategic understanding of brand identity to deliver exceptional user experiences while maintaining visual appeal and alignment with company goals; responsibilities would include but is not limited to planning for shoots, conducting user research, overseeing the design process from concept to launch, and ensuring seamless user journeys across all platforms while upholding brand consistency.
Responsibilities :
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for web and social media
- Hands-on experience in graphic design
- Be the team's graphic designer to provide social, site and ad assets.
- Design and execute engaging social media content, including static posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive design vision for the website, aligning with brand identity and user needs.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and incorporate them into designs and content.
- Utilize your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design visually appealing email templates.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating high-quality designs.
- Utilize WordPress skills to design blog templates that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Create short format videos, GIFs, and reels to engage the audience across digital platforms.
- Work with digital apps such as Canva and Unfold to design captivating visual content.
- Manage a master calendar to coordinate content across various platforms, including social media and the website.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns to meet marketing objectives and timelines.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all touch points
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and persuasive content.
Requirements :
This role requires four on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected.
The salary range for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
