Job Details: This Private Duty LPN position requires a ¾ split schedule (36/48 hours) with every other weekend required. You will work closely with the patient and their family to develop a personalized care plan.
Responsibilities: As a Private Duty LPN, your responsibilities will include performing selected nursing procedures, providing patient and family teaching, monitoring patient's vital signs, and administering medications as instructed.
