What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Duty Nurse position at Adoration Home Health and Hospice?

Schedule and Compensation: This role offers a ¾ split schedule (36/48 hours) with every other weekend required. You will receive competitive weekly pay and have the option for daily pay.
Job Responsibilities: As a Private Duty LPN, you will perform selected nursing procedures within the scope of LPN practice. You will also provide patient and family teaching according to plan outlined by the RN, monitor patient's vital signs, and administer medications as instructed.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be a Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN in good standing. Previous experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital, or skilled nursing settings is preferred. You must also have active CPR certification and familiarity with electronic health records.
