The Opportunity As our Junior Project Manager for Prefab ADU Construction, you'll be at the center of our mission to revolutionize housing. This role puts you in the driver's seat of multiple construction projects while providing you the support to grow your career rapidly.

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Campbell, CA

What You'll Do:

  • Manage multiple ADU projects from pre-construction through final completion
  • Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring projects stay on schedule
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges with creative, efficient solutions
  • Track project schedules and budgets using modern digital tools
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners throughout their journey
  • Navigate city permitting processes and inspections (full training provided)
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Contribute ideas to our innovative approach to housing construction
