Influencer Marketing Intern

Adore Me is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Assistant Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship with a possible extension to 12 months. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking hands-on experience in influencer marketing within the fashion industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has a strong organizational mindset, and is eager to contribute to impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Required)
• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, public relations, or communications, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when working with influencers and their teams.
• Passion for fashion, social media trends, and influencer culture.
• Creative, resourceful, and collaborative, with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Influencer Campaign Support:

Assist in drafting campaign briefs, ensuring messaging, tone, and visual guidelines align with Adore Me’s standards.

Help organize campaign assets, track deadlines, and support post-campaign recap development.

Maintain an organized archive of past campaign materials and briefs.

PR Box Coordination:

Support the team in curating thoughtful PR boxes by coordinating with product, marketing, and fulfillment teams.

Prepare personalized notes or inserts for PR packages and ensure packaging is on-brand.

Track shipments, confirm delivery with influencers, and resolve logistical issues as needed.

Marketing Order (MO) Management:

Assist in placing and tracking Marketing Orders (MO) for influencer products.

Update the MO tracker with shipment details and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.

Community Management on UGC Platform:

Help review, moderate, and organize user-generated content (UGC) submissions for potential use on Adore Me’s channels.

Assist in planning and promoting UGC-driven campaigns.

Research & Insights:

Stay informed about social media trends, cultural events, and emerging influencers relevant to Gen Z and Adore Me’s audience.

Conduct research and evaluations of potential influencers using qualitative and quantitative criteria.

Project & Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing team files.

Assist with event coordination and logistics for influencer activations and campaigns.

Compile reports on influencer activity, campaign KPIs, and engagement metrics as needed.
