Retail Sales & Merchandising Associate

Responsibilities:

• Greet, engage, and build relationships with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Process payments and transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Receive, inspect, price, and merchandise new inventory.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and set up to maximize sales.
• Stay informed on product details, promotions, and store events to educate customers.
• Provide styling and outfit suggestions, utilizing displays for inspiration.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a client base and utilize a client book for personalized service.
• Work collaboratively as a team player with a high level of professionalism and reliability.
• Assist with capturing 1-2 photos per shift to promote the retail store and highlight new products on social media.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend availability.
• Maintain an organized and clean back of house

Requirements: 

• 1-2 years retail/customer service experience
• Reliable transportation for travel between retail/warehouse as needed
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 15lbs-30 lbs regularly
