DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE & GROUNDSKEEPING
The Adorers of the Blood of Christ (ASC), a community of Catholic women religious, are seeking a full-time Director of Maintenance & Groundskeeping for our Wichita, Kansas center that ensures the delivery of high quality services to our Sisters, their guests, and staff.
This position will have oversight responsibilities for directing, coordinating and maintaining the upkeep, repair and usage of the facility and grounds, the equipment, appliances and vehicles; will supervise and direct department staff and contractors; will ensure fire safety, security, and compliance of all licensure regulations and requirements; will develop and manage the department budget; and will be present in a professional manner that reflects the values of the Adorers.
Preferred qualifications include a college degree / vocational certification with minimum of five years demonstrated job-related experience, knowledge of building codes, life safety codes, and safety standards / laws; above average proficiency in management / leadership / communication / decision-making and time & project management. Computer proficiency is highly expected.
Annual salary is $65,000; benefits include life, medical, dental and vision insurance; retirement benefits, paid leave, and free parking.
