Adorn, a Patrick Industries company, is currently looking to hire a Plant Manager to oversee one of their manufacturing facilities. The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of manufacturing and key support operations such as maintenance, shipping and receiving. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in manufacturing operations, financial management, continuous improvement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, and enhance customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to enhance the competitiveness and profitability.   • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, supply chain management, and cost control.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the business unit’s budget, forecast financial performance, and ensure adherence to financial objectives. Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure customer needs are understood and met through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations. Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold product excellence.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement and inventory management to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs while ensuring timely availability of materials.
  • Safety and Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, quality management systems, and supply chain optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
