Job Summary : The Data Entry Clerk at Adorn Medical Spa will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate client and business data in our system. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Data Entry : Accurately enter client information, treatment details, billing records, and other relevant data into the spa's management system or database. Maintain Accurate Records : Ensure that all client records, treatment histories, and appointment details are entered correctly and updated as needed. Data Verification : Review data for accuracy and completeness, cross-referencing information to identify discrepancies and make necessary corrections. Organize Data : Help organize, sort, and manage both digital and physical records to ensure easy retrieval and use by staff members. Client Information Updates : Update client information, such as contact details, treatment preferences, and appointment histories, as necessary. Assist with Reports : Generate reports and maintain data for various spa operations, including client visits, revenue, inventory, and sales data. File and Organize : Assist with organizing and managing physical and digital files, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies. Confidentiality : Handle all client data and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
