Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for the position of Director-Converged Security Program Manager will be responsible for leading various project teams to define problem statements, program scope, and corresponding initiatives, understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities. They will also manage program activities, budget, and risk during its lifecycle, direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization, and identify and track program dependencies with other programs, projects, or ADP functions.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources, being the point of contact for Program Owners to assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues, working collaboratively with other departments impacting the program, and leading communication with stakeholders and team members through operationalization of the program. This role requires strong partnership and collaboration skills, the ability to manage tight deadlines, and experience in MS Project, SPO, JIRA Align, JIRA Software, Rally, or others. Highly proficient in MS Office suite (or alike) is also required.
