Senior Director of IT Strategy Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of IT Strategy to join our Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) Strategy & Operations Team.
This role will partner closely with ADP executives to assess our technology and services offerings, helping to shape a comprehensive strategy for the ADP's IT portfolio.
You will also monitor emerging IT trends, market shifts, partner feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges for GETS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Help lead, create, and communicate a clear IT strategy for the GETS organization, working closely with partners in ADP business units and technology teams.
- Decision Making: Manage our services and technology portfolio, work with internal teams to surface the right metrics / KPIs to assess business value impact, financial performance and help decision making.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate the GETS strategy to senior leadership, associates, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions and business units.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT, including key trends, competitors, and client needs.
You will create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
- 8 – 10 years of experience related to IT strategy.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA strongly preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, product strategy or corporate strategy at a technology company.
