This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals to enhance revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand impact. The successful candidate will also be an active and contributing member of the senior Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) and will work closely with all HRLT members to deliver on our ADP Human Capital Management strategy and plans.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of sales and marketing functions, including the unique challenges related to performance-driven cultures, incentive structures, customer-centricity, and brand positioning. What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives, driving business performance and market success.
- Leverage data-driven insights to influence decision-making, workforce planning, and sales talent effectiveness.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives that optimize team structures for agility, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Drive workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure a future-ready talent pipeline.
- Partner with compensation teams to create competitive and motivating reward structures that enhance sales productivity and marketing ROI.
- Champion an ethically driven, high-performance, client-focused culture that fosters collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention, ensuring a thriving workforce within a fast-paced environment.
- Guide sales and marketing senior leaders in coaching, talent assessment, and team effectiveness, fostering leadership excellence at all levels.
- Oversee HR processes, policies, and compliance measures specific to sales and marketing organizations.
- Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure alignment on labor laws, risk management, and compliance in global markets.
- 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting large, global enterprise business units, with a focus on strategic partnership and organizational impact.
- Proven experience in talent strategy and performance-driven cultures.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of go-to-market strategies, revenue growth drivers, and marketing functions.
- Exceptional ability to partner with executive leadership and serve as a trusted advisor on people strategy.
- Background in driving change, cultural transformations, and workforce innovation.
- Expertise in data-driven HR decision-making, talent analytics, and predictive workforce planning.
- Ability to navigate through complexity with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills applied across global, cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in business administration required or equivalent in work experience and education.
- Proven experience partnering with and supporting a large, global sales organization within a matrixed corporate environment.
- Previous exposure with a corporate Board of Directors.
- Track record of leading HR strategy and execution through mergers and acquisitions.
- Expertise in designing and implementing incentive-based compensation structures, including sales contests and performance-driven award programs.
- Human centric decision-making skill with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to build supportive, collaborative cross business and functional peer relationships.
- Ability to pivot and make dynamic decisions as required by fast-paced environmental factors.
