What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at ADP Lawn Mowing & Property Maintenance, Inc.?
ADP Lawn Mowing & Property Maintenance, Inc. provides premier lawn and landscape services around the Rochester, NY. We are currently in search of landscape crew members. We are looking for hard-working individuals that are reliable, timely, passionate about the industry, team players and comes to work with a positive attitude.
Job tasks mainly include (but not limited to):
- Reading job plans and executing jobs effectively and efficiently.
- Operating a mini excavator and compact track loader/skid steer to complete, grading work, landscape projects, and hardscape projects (Experience not necessary but preferred).
- Installing paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, plantings, softscapes, mulch installations, landscape renovations, shrub trimming, new lawn installs, basic landscape maintenance, landscape lighting and other similar jobs tasks (Experience not necessary but preferred).
- Each morning you’ll load your equipment and materials, including brick saws, tampers, hand tools, machines, and other tools you’ll need to complete your projects for the day.
- Each evening you’ll perform basic cleaning and maintenance on your tools, including stocking up on supplies, etc. so you’re ready to get moving the next morning.
- Driving company trucks and trailers with equipment (Experience not necessary, will train).
- Working with crew lead and helping answer client questions while on jobsite.
