At our Spartanburg area office, we are a close-knit, family-oriented office seeking a full-time front desk associate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
undertaking administrative tasks
verifying and understanding insurance / processing claims / collections
scheduling appts
processing patient services after treatment with accuracy
communicating with patients regarding individual treatment and financial arrangements
working outstanding claims and patient accounts
Required qualifications include, but are not limited to :
High school diploma or equivalent
excellent verbal and written communication
professional attitude, delivery, and manner
competency in prioritizing tasks and following through to completion
computer literate
ability to support the team to work efficiently
ability to multitask daily
committed learner
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in dental office setting is required
Eaglesoft experience highly preferred.
Prior dental assisting experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Hours
Monday-Thursday 8 : 30-5 : 00, Two Fridays per month (partial day)
Pay will be discussed with individual applicants based on skill and experience.
