ADP is hiring a Compliance Delivery Analyst
In this role, the Compliance Delivery Analyst will report under the Global Money Movement & Compliance (GMM&C) organization. The Compliance Delivery Analyst is an individual contributor role and will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Solutions organization in assessing risk and complying with applicable compliance requirements including, but not limited to, service organization controls (SOC), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA), and BSA/AML, in accordance with with applicable laws and regulations as well as issuing bank policies and guidelines.

What you’ll do: Such responsibilities include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Assist in the plan, direction, and oversight of the overall control and compliance activities for: Compliance Solutions products; SOC1 and SOC2; Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX); financial and third-party reviews. Collaborates with all product areas and external auditors on the completion of the reviews.
- Works with business units to develop/revise, review and implement policies, procedures and controls that support regulatory, legal, and SOX changes. Oversees and identifies all pertinent reporting requirements. Coordinate SOC and SOX activities with external auditors and business, including creation of controls and remediating audit findings
- Identifies and drives compliance/control requirements and recommendations as new products are acquired or developed.
- Provides compliance integration expertise for acquisition and /or new products.
- Support the enterprise risk management activities for the Employee Financial Solutions division
- Perform assessments/audits, on an annual or as needed basis
- Liaison with Corporate Privacy, GPT, GSO and Legal teams on implementing corporate wide initiatives
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in Audit, Accounting, Business or Law
Acceptable experiences could include:
- Strong risk, banking, compliance, and audit experience.
- Experience working in a payments industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or advanced degree
- Internal audit, public accountant and/or anti-money laundering specialist certifications
