We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team for an Investment Operations Cash Clearing Project . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trade flows and cash clearing processes, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The candidate will lead requirements definition sessions ensuring that the team articulates requirements and specifications. They will use their analyst skills and techniques, in consideration with the obtained requirements, and knowledge of the current ecosystem / platforms to formulate business and system requirements.
The Investment Business Analyst must have a solid background in the investment management domain including asset accounting and operations. It is preferred if the candidate has a technical leaning in their background to assist with business solution flows and integration point definition.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within investment operations, trade lifecycle, or cash clearing environments.
- Strong understanding of trade flow processes, including trade execution, clearing, and settlement.
- Familiarity with industry-standard clearing systems and tools (e.g., DTCC, SWIFT, Euroclear, etc.).
- Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cash clearing and investment operations is highly desirable.
