Location: 100% Remote

JOBDESCRIPTION ::

As an AI Data Operations Specialist, you will play asignificant part in evolving the foundational Data services and capabilitiesfor our AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that transform the userexperience and workflow efficiency of enterprise services. You will also bedeeply engaged with and providing support to our engineering team in datainitiatives. You will provide excellentsupport to the BUs with a variety of requests for customer datasets in a complexlandscape and must ensure that each interaction is handled with a professionalattitude and a superior level of service- it is about passion, innovation, andexcellence in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.

What Youll Achieve:

Collaborate with Business Units, Product Managers, andEngineers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve data requests and issuesefficiently.

Develop a deep understanding of the NOW platform,system architecture, and tools.

Diagnose and root cause various technical issues,identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Ensure timely resolution of issues in alignment withService Level Agreements (SLAs).

Prioritize, escalate, and drive issue resolution whilemanaging communication and stakeholder expectations.

Provide clear, high-quality technical documentationand exceptional customer service.

Partner across teams (Product, Development, QA,Operations) to enhance processes and deliver impactful solutions.
