Responsibilities include:
ExperienceOrchestration Strategy & Design ? Orchestrate sophisticated, data-drivencontact strategies that guide customers through personalized journeys acrosschannels, emphasizing email but with an eye to omnichannel, ensuring eachinteraction is relevant, engaging, and aligned with the overall customerexperience vision and brand guidelines.
Collaboratewith Experience Strategists and Designers on contact strategy recommendations,and craft the creative brief to drive design and copy. ? Ensure contactstrategies reflect a brand's overall customer experience vision and promise.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration & Solutioning ? Bridge experience strategy, design, andtechnical implementation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams toensure solutions are feasible, effectively leverage data, and seamlesslyintegrate within the existing technology ecosystem (Salesforce MarketingCloud). ? Collaborate with data analysts to identify segmentation,personalization, and optimization opportunities. ? Communicate contact strategyrequirements to technology partners, collaborating with them to identify anyconstraints and alternative opportunities ultimately partnering to ensureseamless integration and execution of the solution. ? Partner with ExperienceDesigners to ensure that experiences are thoughtfully crafted and appropriatelytuned to individual customer needs and preferences, striking the right balancebetween personalization and privacy.
Qualifications:
7-10years of experience in omnichannel marketing, marketing automation, CRM, or arelated field within a consulting or agency setting.
Provenability to translate customer insights and business requirements intoactionable 1:1 contact strategies. ? Applied understanding of quantitative dataand how to leverage it for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, andreal-time decisioning.
Astrong foundation in marketing automation and CRM best practices, complementedby intellectual curiosity and a willingness to explore and apply new andemerging technologies.
Experiencecollaborating with cross-functional teams, including Experience Strategists,Designers, Technical Architects, Data Analysts, Business Analysts and relatedroles.
5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with specificexpertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization, and additional modules such asJourney Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio ? Experience with otherSalesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and Veeva CRM is a plus.
Knowledgeof data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) andtheir application to marketing campaigns and contact strategies.
Anuanced understanding of personalization, with the ability to balance the valueof personalized interactions with customer privacy and ethical considerations,while addressing feasibility and technical constraints.
Familiaritywith content strategy principles is helpful, including taxonomy and contentmodeling, to ensure consistency, relevance, and effectiveness across customertouchpoints.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communicationstyle to different audiences.
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach todecision-making.
