Resource should have hands-on experience of 2-3 Ariba implementations
Resource will be the liaison between business, SAP teams, integration team and other vendor partner to help translate requirements & assist in documenting requirements.
Knowledge on testing activities as the resource will help in the testing / validation
The project will be implemented by another Vendor (not from Accenture). This BA role will support the primary BA from another vendor. Since client does not have someone expert on Ariba, they would like someone that can help evaluate, provide recommendations during requirements gathering
Additional note : Expert in Buying and Invoicing (B&I) with familiarity on Sourcing. As reminder the resource is NOT responsible for project delivery or system config. But the resource must have B&I experience and skills and be able to self-manage and follow up on tasks to assist the IT PM. The intent is to help the IT team with its deliverables and prepare for transition to long term support post go-live.
Integrations : SAP, Agiloft eContract (Eisai Contracting system), Workday, Other systems that process invoices like Readsoft, Veeva, HCP engage etc.

Successful candidate must have an handson expertise in SAP S4HANA Project System with specialization in designing GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution) / PMMO solution for an US based Aerospace and Defense company. The GPD / PMMO function of SAP ''is an automated inventory process where parts and their associated costs move between contracts.'' The candidate should have strong customer facing consulting skills and a detailed experiences in designing grouping strategies as a part of GPD solution for complex manufacturing processes that are highly regulated due to FAR.
Job description
Lead SAP PMMO green field implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
Configure SAP PMMO modules to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing and project management operations.
Ensure that all SAP PMMO implementations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Provide expertise in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of system-related problems.
Create functional specs, conduct functional unit tests, and support end to end testing.
Must Haves :
Expert knowledge of SAP Grouping, Pegging & Distribution (GPD) or SAP Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) within the Aerospace & Defense industry in the US.
Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems, Logistics, and Dassian PACE solution.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with SAP FI / CO solutions, particularly in Material Costing.
Proven ability to work closely with clients to identify business problems and translate them into effective solution designs.
Proficiency in writing Business Process Documents (BPDs), functional specifications, configuration design, building SAP configurations, and testing solutions.
Experience in conducting workshops and leading system testing.
Excellent communication skills. Candidate is expected to work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana.
