JOB DESCRIPTION ::

Note: We are looking for a Developer with 13x version or above and other Teamcenter modules such as Multisite, Reporting, and Change Management

• Develop and execute implementation strategies for PLM system functionality. This includes developing and analyzing requirements, specifications, design, and testing of any changes made to the PLM Teamcenter software.
• Work with YFI engineering and other functional departments to understand processes and implement effective business process solutions.
• Excellent coding & architecture skills to perform customization to server or client-side components to meet YFI requirements utilizing various languages including C, C , Java, Eclipse RCP, and XML, JSP, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, AngularJS, TCL, and ITK & Stylesheet customization, and SOA client development etc.
• Desired candidate: Proficient with data modelling solutions using BMIDE.
• Provide & implement robust solution to the business requirements considering overall impact on the system.
• Implement Teamcenter customizations (including designing and developing utilities, modules, and active workspaces) using Integration Toolkit (ITK), Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP), and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Hands on experience in Configuration & customization of Teamcenter modules like Program Planning, Workflows, Organization, BOM Management, Change management, CAD Integrations, Access Manager, Projects, Query builder, Product Configurator, Structure Manager, Manufacturing Process Planner etc.
• Experience in working with Teamcenter upgrade projects.
• Configure and customize Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) as per business process solutions.
• Good understanding & Extensive experience in working with change management processes (ECR, ECN, DA, PR)
• Configure and install PLM tools for development environment (VM) on Unix and Windows systems.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows using the Teamcenter API
• Deep understanding of the Dispatcher (CATIA, NX, JT,STEP,IGES) architecture & Experience in customizing dispatcher services
• Experience in working with Teamcenter multi-site environments.
• Experience in working in Linux environment.
• Hands on experience in working with TC Built-In, TCRA Reports etc.
• Configure databases used for PLM as specified by YFI team. SQL queries and procedures for data extraction and analysis
• Support the user community including demonstrating functionality in group and one-on-one sessions.
• Actively participate and follow SDLC methodology and agile scrum development approach.
• Understanding & knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with downstream applications like Matrix, ERP, MDM etc.
• Experience in working with T4EA (Active Integrations Gateway)
• Provide weekly report to management
• Provide onsite support for the business Applications listed below.
• Teamcenter PLM Core functionalities used by YFI PLM users in both RAC and AWC clients.
• TC Integrations CATIA, NX, SolidWorks and others as specified by YFI
• Teamcenter for Enterprise Applications (T4EA or Active Integration) to integrate with Cloud and On-Premises QAD instances.
• Other custom integrations including PLM to Metrix 2.0 interface.
• Resolve issues during PLM platform upgrades in QA/PROD environments.
• PLM support for TC Automotive Supplier Package (ASP), Validation, EBOM/MBOM and Change Management Modules, Workflow Management, and Data Migration issues.
