The VP of Product role will lead the development and expansion of our Marketing Cloud (Prism), shaping the future of our AI-enabled agency. A successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the product strategy, development, and execution to ensure Prism meets the needs of our clients and stays ahead of market trends. The Product Lead will oversee the entire product lifecycle, making data-driven decisions to prioritize initiatives and continuously improve the platform.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience With :

Product Strategy & Vision :

  • Define & Drive Product Vision : Set the long-term product vision for product, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Stay ahead of trends in AI, data analytics, and digital marketing to maintain a cutting-edge platform.
  • Develop & Execute Roadmap : Build a clear product roadmap encompassing internal tools and client-facing features that enhance media insights, measurement, campaign execution, and creative strategy.
  • Strategic Planning & Growth : Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives. Set measurable goals for development, commercialization, and revenue growth.

Leadership & Collaboration :

  • Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams : Mentor product managers and data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and client services to ensure seamless execution across all product phases, from ideation to launch.
  • Product Development & Innovation :

  • End-to-End Ownership : Oversee the full product lifecyclefrom ideation and development to launch and continuous improvementleveraging Agile methodologies for speed and adaptability.
  • Innovation & Future-Proofing : Future-Proofing Through AI & Data : Drive innovation with AI, machine learning, and scalable analytics, ensuring high performance, user experience, and market relevance.
  • Market Intelligence & Customer Insights :

  • Industry Research & Competitive Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends.
  • Customer-Centric Development : Implement mechanisms to gather and act on customer feedback, prioritizing features that enhance satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization :

  • Product Marketing & Positioning : Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop strong messaging and promotional strategies, clearly communicating Prisms value proposition.
  • Performance & Success Metrics : Define and track key KPIs to optimize product performance and maximize ROI using data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

  • Executive Reporting & Insights : Provide regular product updates, strategic recommendations, and performance analysis to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Customer & Partner Relations : Build strong industry relationships to enhance the product offering and ensure Prism evolves with market demands.
  • Technical & Industry Expertise :

  • Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, AI applications, and predictive analytics in media and creative optimization.
  • Experience overseeing data pipelines, privacy-compliant measurement, and integrations with major marketing platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance product capabilities without deep technical expertise.
  • Familiarity with API-driven marketing tools, automation, and AI-powered creative strategy.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing technology and analytics platforms that drive measurable value for brands and advertisers.
  • Bonus Expertise :

  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementality testing.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience : 10 years in product management, specifically within digital marketing, creative technology, or measurement SaaS.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep familiarity with AI, machine learning, and digital marketing technologies, with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven mindset for prioritizing initiatives, optimizing product development, and making strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership : Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Leadership & Organization : Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex challenges, and maintain organization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Innovative Thinking : Ability to think outside the box, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to product innovation and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in an ambiguous, high-growth, start-up environment, with a performance-driven mindset and a passion for results.
