Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in a themed fabrication shop, movie or theater production workshop, or makeup & effects studio. You will play a key role in creating high-quality scenic elements, sculptures, props, and set pieces that meet our projects' creative and technical standards.

Our state-of-the-art equipment includes one of the world’s largest 3D resin printers, a full range of 3D printing technologies, and advanced CNC machining. Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive expertise in advanced woodworking and sculpting with materials like foam, resin, clay, and fiberglass.
- Skilled in scenic painting, finish coatings, mold making, and casting.
- Proficiency with advanced tools such as radial arm saws, CNC hot knives, band saws, vacuum formers, and paint booths.
- Knowledge of 3D printing and CNC machining operations.
- Proven experience in a themed fabrication shop, movie or theater workshop, or similar environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and concept art.
- Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetics, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication.
- Experience with project management software for tracking tasks and timelines.
