We are the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter for the entire area and are expanding quickly. We expect the very best from our employees as far as customer service is concerned. Previous office experience is required as well as some familiarity with UTVs/ATVs & Dirt Bikes, Snowmobiles, Trucks, Trailers, other Fleet Vehicles, and knowledge of the local Western Colorado off-road trails.
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Front Desk Adventure Assistant and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for adventure, strong customer service and sales skills, and up-to-date knowledge of technology and the off-road industry. This position starts as part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and screen phone calls. Communicate with customers via text, email and phone.
- Respond to daily emails
- Weekly file organization
- Sell and take reservations
- Handle payments and damage holds
- Provide information about our products, services, and upcoming adventures.
- Assist with sales, including processing transactions and upselling related products.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and trends in the off-road industry to better serve our customers.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication effectively.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Great communicator and confident in making decisions.
- Public Land requirements and permits
- Tour and Event coordination and organization
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Proven experiences as an outstanding receptionist.
- Strong knowledge of technology and the off-road industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for adventure and outdoor activities.
- Reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
