Adrenaline Driven Adventure Company in Grand Junction, CO is looking for a powersports mechanic to join our strong team. We are located on 750 1/4 Horizon Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Adrenaline Driven Adventure Company is looking for a motivated powersports mechanic that has at least 2 years of experience. We are a relatively small off-road rental company that is looking for an experienced mechanic that will help us grow our service department as well as maintain & service our large lineup of UTVs, ATVs & Dirt Bikes. Certifications are a bonus. Pay is hourly and based on experience.
We are looking for someone who has a desire to build a long-term career and grow with us!
Responsibilities include diagnosing, fixing and general maintenance of motorcycles, ATV, side by sides and dirt bikes.
You must be able to diagnose problems on your own and repair all mechanical and electrical systems.
We are looking for someone with experience working in a shop setting and someone who has their own tools.
Required to be a self-starter service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

- Silver/Gold Certified Polaris Mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of powersport vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.

Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports

Installation and Service Technician Job Duties:
