General Staff

Adrenaline Entertainment Center in Lake Worth, FL is looking for general staff team. We are located on 7645 Lake Worth Road. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic extroverts, have excellent customer services skills, display a motivated work ethic, as well as welcoming interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail.

General Staff receive cross functional training and are expected to effectively perform multiple roles within the facility operations. This training style improves flexibility, collaboration, and avoids redundancy. Please note that all team members are trained and routinely evaluated on their effectiveness in communicating safety guidelines to guests. Reports directly to the Team Leaders and General Manager.

General Staff are expected to:

* Consistently represent Adrenaline Entertainment Center by maintaining an energetic, customer focused professional attitude in keeping with the park’s philosophy. * Communicate and re-enforce all park regulations & safety guidelines in a personable and professional manner. * Successfully complete all required training and evaluations during the probationary period. * Diligently preform patron surveillance and utilize whistle to gain attention prior to communicating safety risks to guests. * Cross Train & demonstrate selflessness as a part of the team effort. * Proactively attend to guest, teammates, and management needs & requests. * Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and utilize clarifying questions and statements to ensure you meet or exceed expectations * Eagerly accept training, feedback, and coaching. * Respect your co-workers by always being professional, courteous, and willing to help.

General Duties:

As a result of cross training, staff members are empowered to perform a variety of functions and responsibilities. All are required to willingly and with attention to detail perform their assigned responsibilities in addition to the following.

Preopening & Closing Inspections

Trash & Refuse Removal

Preopening & Closing Sanitizing

Hand cleaning & sanitizing RR

Vacuuming/Sweeping/Gen Cleaning

Reconcile Cash Till(s)

Guest supervision

Use small power tools/cleaning equip

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older looking for nights and weekends.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $13.00/hour.
