Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and achieving sales goals
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Train, mentor, and guide sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Adhere to Compliance regulations set in place by retailers and clients
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and create a positive experience for each member.
- Participate in promotional activities, and maintaining office standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, business, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with sales and inventory software
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
