Our History:
Adrenaline Vans was started in 2020 in a tiny shop located in Grand Junction, Colorado. From that first year we have grown exponentially each year. We have grown from our initial 1,000 square foot space to our current 4,800 square foot space within the first year and a half. Currently we are expanding and building a brand new 11,000 square foot facility adjacent to our current shop. Our gross sales have increased at a rate of over 50% year over year since our inception in spite of the highly competitive market we specialize in and the economic challenges associated with a global pandemic and ever changing economy. Job Title: Diesel Technician and Upfit Specialist
Description of duties:
To include but not limited to diesel engine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Performance modification installation (air intakes, tuning, turbo swaps, oil and transmission coolers, injection systems, air lockers, rear differentials and gear swaps). All forms of aftermarket performance and accessory installations on various chassis (primarily Sprinter vans) including complete suspension upgrades, lift kits, auxiliary fuel systems, bumpers, winches, lights, ladders, rear door carriers, roof racks and other such accessories. Electrical work to include wiring of winches, lights, air compressors, fuel pumps, fans, horns and other such 12V DC automotive electrical. Occasional work on interior coach components including heating systems, 12V and 58V DC electrical systems, 110V AC and inverter/converters, solar systems and lighting. Audio installation including plug and play systems and complete custom stereo applications. Body and chassis work such as window installation, vent fan and air conditioning unit installation, fender flares, window flares and similar components.
Tools and equipment used: All forms of mechanical hand and power tools for maintaining and repairing diesel and gasoline engines and associated chassis. Occasional air tools for fastening, cutting, grinding and deburring. Floor jacks, jack stands, overhead lifts, forklifts and pallet jacks. Ability to lift 75lbs. Ability work from the ground and while standing during shift.
