Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team at a dynamic nightclub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while serving food items when necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and drink recipes is a plus.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Food handling certification is desirable but not required.
