Our organization is currently seeking a General Manager at our Toledo Flagship location. This position will be located at Commercial Van Interiors in Toledo, Ohio.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Drive the success of the Company Owned model through effective training, innovative design, and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Company Owned GM?s, corporate leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives
• Provide visionary leadership fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting professional growth for the succession planning of the organization
• Overall responsibility for the local operation and key business metrics
• Ensure customers, dealers, and strategic partners are supported in a manner that delivers exceptional customer experience
• Create a strategy, annual budget, and business plan
  • Establish goals and objectives for sales, inventory, and production to support the plan
• Responsible for all local HR such as staffing, payroll, etc., and safety activities
• Responsible for leading and participating in continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a best-in-class customer experience

Education required for this role:

• Bachelor?s Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
• Previous Leadership experience with a strong ability to develop people is preferred
• Previous experience in Microsoft Suite

• Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a ?Driver? as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
• Valid driver?s license
• Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
