Our organization is currently seeking an Installer Operations Coordinator.

- Facilitate monthly inventory review, analysis, and month-end accounting for the financials
- Ensure cost is reported accurately
- Ensure cost and inventory variances are correctly reported
- Support costing reviews for Engineering new product releases
- Assure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, variance analysis, and follow-up
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and follow up with corrective action to fix the current issue as well as drive continuous improvement throughout the process to reduce common occurrences
- Understand activity costs to facilitate cost model updates
- Support the obsolescence product process
- Responsible for quarterly LIFO calculations and commodity code reconciliation

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting preferred. Associates Degree in Business or Accounting required. Minimum five years of experience in Inventory Management will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- Coursework or background in inventory management and/or costing preferred
- Need a good understanding of the manufacturing process, inventory, costing, supply chain, ERP systems, and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and Calander
- Experience with Oracle Cloud preferred
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
